Things I should have known before purchase
There are a few things I wish I knew before I purchased this unit.
1. It would take over 6 months to get.
2. If you set it to be able to recycle then the water temperature is locked at 120 degrees and cannot be changed up or down.
3. The unit requires a minimum of 50 PSI and a max of 80 PSI supply water pressure. My city supplies 45 PSI and there is no way to increase the water pressure unless I install a Boost Pump which is very expensive. Other tankless brands have supply pressure ranges of 15 to 150 PSI. Another brand probably would have been a better choice for me.

I very Happy with this RUR160IN Tankless Water Heater.
Installation wasn't bad - take your time, read and reread - but it took two people. We brought piece parts of black pipe for the gas extension. Looking back it would of been much easier to cut/thread pipe to fit. I did take less than 10 hrs to install for the two of us. We're engineers and good with tools but we never installed a tankless water.
SupplyHouse was a pleasure to order from and good to ask questions too.
