The T-H3M-P is a new breed of tankless for smaller spaces. This model also uses existing 1/2" gas supply lines and inexpensive PVC venting to lower installation costs.
The T-H3M supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems (directly or indirectly) which can be used with storage tanks, recirculation systems, and/or domestic & heating applications.
The T-H3M is a high efficient, condensing tankless water heater perfect for residential applications. With gas inputs of 120,000 BTU, the T-H3M can produce enough hot water for two bathrooms in warmer climates or 1.5 baths in colder climates.

I can have my kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower all going at once with no loss of hot water. Amazing considering it is an 85 degree rise from the well.

I'm not sure about this product
Hope you find this both entertaining and educational. First I am a handy person and have installed several tank water heaters including a gas water heater. The cost of the water heater $700+ and installation parts $150+ was more than I wanted to spend, but I had heard nothing but good things about tank less water heaters including this product. The installation doing it myself was challenging and voided the warranty :( but I think I did a good job. When it works, it is great, when it does not, which is more than I like, I want to say this is one of the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. It is your choice, but so far I am not very satisfied with this product. Hopefully, one day soon I can update it and give it five stars like I do with everything else. Thank you for reading.

Great for Radiant slab heating!
We use these in radiant slab heating. Not only does it heat the slab, it makes the domestic hot water. Everything has to be non-ferric in the system, (stainless steel pump, brass fittings etc), and the cold water feeding the unit has to go through the slab first before in enters the heater. That way there is no stagnant water in the floor during the Summer. One of the only manufactures that allows this application.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe unit can function between 15 and 150 psi inlet pressure, however a minimum of 40psi is recommended for maximum flow.

Q: In my old tankless I would get a down draft and pipes would freeze inside tankless. This is right next to outside wall is there anything that stops pipes from freezing inside unit.

Q: Do I need additional holes in my wall to allow this to work? Is one of the vents an Intake for air?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffYes, both the intake air and exhaust must be piped to the outdoors. TH-CVPVC33 can be used to combine the two pipes at the termination, however be sure to adhere to all venting requirements as stipulated by the installation manual as well as local code.

Calculate the air volume of the room you are installing he heater in.(its all in the PDF) my basement was juuuuuust big enough that I could use the inside air for the intake.(meaning I only had to run the exhaust outside)
