Great Board For An Experienced Tech
This is one of our truck stock boards. They have always worked great for us. They will not operate if set up improperly or if it fails the "precheck" due to other faulty components (which is common when someone misdiagnoses the board). The auto parameter setup is a time saver. Great product.

Great when they work......
We finally ran into a Bryant (ICP) furnace that although listed as compatible its not. We swapped the board twice with the same result. Second time we called the tech support number after one of our senior techs couldnt figure out what was going on. Tech supports recommendation? Swap it again. Instead of wasting more of OUR MONEY AND TIME on a 3rd board that wouldnt have changed anything, we ended up installing an OEM for the customer.
Does the boards work in a pinch? Yup in most cases it will. Does the board have the wide compatibility they claim it to have? Nope. I would have given 3 stars if tech support wasn't so bad (pretty sure its outsourced).

Great Board For An Experienced Tech

Love The Concept- Wish It Worked
On The Second Job Now Where I Had To Go Back Due To Board Malfunction And End Up Installing Oem Board. Wanted So Bad For This Board To Work Out. Would Be Ultimate Truck Stock IF It Actually Worked. Dont Buy!

Great when they work......
