Great Product
I had installed TACO ciruclating pumps with separate check valves. After 5 years of operation I had problems with the pump (died) but even more issues with the check valves. I cleaned them (work for a short time) that replaced them (and failed again). When one of the check walves failed again I replaced the pump with Grundfos (w/ check valve build in). Works like a charm !!!

Great price and Service but not exactly what I expected.
I took the part number off of the old pump that needed to be replaced and ordered the same part number on-line. It looked exactly alike and was, except for the direction of flow. The pump I replaced was installed up against a wall and the speed adjustments land front label were positioned outward from the wall. The flow was left to right. When I went to install the replacement in the same orientation as the old pump the flow arrow on the part was right to left. Luckily there was enough space between the wall and the pipe that I could install the part, but the dials now point in the wrong direction. I double checked the part number so I am not sure why the flow direction changed, but it did. Just be aware that this might be the case. Also the pump comes with the gaskets needed so no need to order extra (as I did). Other than this surprise the pump worked fine and the service was great from SupplyHouse.com

I am so happy
I looked for this product online when the hvac tech quoted 1900 to replace this. My heating system broke on a Friday morning with leaving my house 50F temp. I have both hydronic and steam radiators interconnected. Leak in the old recirculating pump cause a short circuit and I had to replace the pump to operate the whole system. I ordered the pump Friday afternoon and got it Saturday 10am( when hvac tech told me he expect to fix it Tuesday). I was surprised how fast I got it. I watched the videos in supply house website and replaced it myself. I end up saving 1700+ and get some warmth.

Caught a bad one
Ordered 3 for a preventative change on a system. One screeched as soon as I flipped it on then seized. SupplyHouse was awesome as usual and sent another one right out and a label for return of the old.
