No you would need a 2H/1C thermostat.
The Thermostat has a feature called Adaptive Intelligence Recovery that tries to adapt to your schedule. It learns how quickly your furnace or air conditioner takes to get to the temperature you want. So if you want your house to get to 70 degrees at 6 AM, then it turns on early so it will be 70 degrees at 6AM... as example. So when AIR is in effect it will display "In Recovery." Basically, "In Recovery" means it is working properly. As an opinion, they could have picked a far better term to say it's OK... Sent via the Samsung GALAXY S® 5, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone
its a 6 wire stat. depends on the control voltage of the valve.
You press the far left button the first time you press it you press the clock then you press done, then it switches to set the day then you press done, then you set the schedule. for all these steps you use the up and the down buttons. Best wishes!
Fan can only be in two states either "Auto" or "On". In auto it only runs when either heating or cooling is working. "On" it continually runs.

What you need to do is hit set clock/day/schedule, then hit set day. After you hit set day hold down the set day and the set schedule button for 5 seconds. This should bring the day back up on the screen. Hopefully this should bring the day back up on the screen.
The differential on this unit is fixed at +/- 1°F.
Yes, this thermostat will work.
