Everything at a glance. Even back light.
Excellent product from H-well. Bought it for my own home. Highly recommend the auto-change over. You won't need any remotes with this one. Used overide 2-3 times in about three months. Once you get it set up very little changes need to be made.Electric bill dropped 50-75.00(1/3)in the hottest months.They suggest qualified installer. So would I need an HVAC background.

Not totally happy with this one
I like the easy to read screen and it was a quick installation. My complaint is the stat will call for heat before it falls below the set temperature. The furnace is running several times an hour. Hard to believe all that cycling is cost effective, especially when you consider the ignitor has a number of times to function before it fails. Went through the set up program and tried to get it to only call for heat when the temperature fell below the setting, but it hasn't worked.

Q: What are the dimensions? Which cover plate is needed for this unit; I need the cover plate to conceal the wall footprint of the previous larger thermostat.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe HZ322K and HZ432K zone panels can be used for Geothermal heat-pump applications. If the heat pump has 1 compressor stage + electric heat-strips as the back up heat source, the TH6220D1002 thermostats could be used with the HZ322K zone panel kit. If the heat pump has 2 compressor stage + electric heat-strips as the back up heat source, the TH6320U1000 thermostats could be used with the HZ432K zone panel kit.

Q: Will this thermostat operate as a 2 stage heating/1 stage cooling thermostat on a 2 stage heating and 1 stage cooling gas, forced air system? If not, can you recommend a thermostat that will?

Q: I have a Lennox XC16 two stage compressor and this thermostat. I also have a two speed blower. How does the thermostat, compressor and blower get their stages synchronized. For example, low speed fan with lower stage of compressor, and vice versa. Thanks

Q: We currently have a Honeywell Chromotherm III that has seemed to stop working. It says change batteries which we did, but now it just won't work. Can we just replace the thermostat with a new honeywell unit or is it something we have to hire a HVAC company to do? Heater itself is working fine.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffHoneywell no longer makes Chromotherm model thermostats. The closest replacement for it is the Honeywell VisionPro TH8110U1003.
