I would never buy this product again.
Horrible experience!!!!! The unit is noisy and super annoying. I've have it for 2 weeks and I'm ready to file a claim with the manufacture weeks.

Live in upstate NY and I would never go back to a tank!
We use for all hot water needs in a household of 4. Easy to instal if you know what you're doing. Can't wait for the smart recirculation to learn our habits!

Wow amazing tankless Rinnai
Wow amazing tankless Rinnai! I relaxed a 98r tankless from 2006 and this unit is amazing. It has a built in recirculator. With my old one I had to wait 3 minutes for hot water and now 20 seconds without the recirculating. Now I push a button and the it recirculates and I have instant hot water. No waste. Endless hot water for 3300 sqft house
Tired of hot water heaters only lasting 6 years even when flushing yearly I went to tankless. This 11GPM is perfect for a direct replacement. It provides enough hot water. You will need to purchase the wifi module or controller for scheduling recirculation, but worth it.
