Works great at altitude!
Before this Rinnai, I had to return a different company's unit to the big internet company, it was not for altitude over 2,000'. At 6.700' the Rinnai V75IN works great. Supplyhouse did some great packaging, nothing missing, nothing broken, arrived perfect.
Before ordering I called Supplyhouse to precheck their customer service. The young woman answering the phone was personable, knowledgeable of the products and helped with my selection of a tankless water heater. I be happy, thanks folks.

It took 4 day to get a call back from he tech.
Got the unit installed by a plumber/electrician. It would start for 30 sec and shut off. Called customer service and they called me back after 2 days and told me i will get a call back from the tech. That took 2 days and all he said was arrage the burners in a correct format and if that does not work return it.

Product has been reliable up to the expiration of warranty period (about ten years).
Failure mode is a leaking head-exchanger coil. Risk may be mitigated, with regular vinegar flushing; but I have not specific evidence how much risk of coil corrosion is reduced.
Supply-House re-ordering support has been outstanding!

Just what we needed
So far so good. The plumbers put it in in an afternoon to replace a 20 year old one, and it works as promised: turn on the hot water and hot water comes out.
