The loop fittings for this manifold must be ordered separately. You can connect 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", or 5/8" PEX to the manifold with the correct loop adapter.
The 6-Loop EP Radiant Heat Manifold Assembly w/ Flow Meters can be configured for 5/16 PEX, with compression connectors included.
Yes, although the flow meters would be rendered useless.
Yes, you can install these manifolds vertically.
The Uponor EP Heating Manifold Assembly with Flow Meter can be mounted vertically without affecting its function.
There are no fittings we are aware of that permit this. You would need to use a Viega heating manifold.
The flow meters will not function correctly, but other than that the manifold will operate properly.
The flow meters do not function properly when installed upside down because of the role gravity plays in their operation. Our only recommendation would be to consider installing the manifold lower on the wall and feeding the tubing under it.
The manifold will not reduce the temperature of the water. You would need a mixing valve.
Yes, they are included.
You will need just one pump for the manifold.
You can do that. Just make sure to use the correct supply/return adapters for the manifold.
Yes, this would be fine.
