Series 911 combination fill valve and backflow preventer consists of a Model 9D backflow preventer and Model 1156F feed water pressure regulator in one pre-assembled unit. This valve is designed for use on boiler feed lines to provide make-up water to the boiler and prevent backflow when supply pressure fails below system pressure.

Out of the box this had a slow leak
Bought this part because my old one was leaking. The new one was also leaking. Specifically the 1156F regulator. The worst part is I wasted some pro press fittings that now need to come apart to swap this out. Save yourself the trouble and buy the non pro press version.
