Great upgrade for TH4210D1006, and great price!
I replaced 2 older style Honeywell TH4210D1006's with these T4's, the programming capabilities are awesome. The systems these T4's are controlling are Daikin rooftop units DSH060 5ton series with heatpumps, no emergency heat.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Ed. Both the mode and the fan can be set to auto by pressing the corresponding buttons on the thermostat.
