The summer heat is hard on run caps!!!
As the heat of summer comes upon us here in the north east, hvac units plug away, trying to keep the heat and humidity outside where it belongs. Having been in the industry for years, I realize the need to have an assortment of run capacitor on the truck all the time. That is why I began stocking up from supplyhouse.com as they have great prices on these much needed components.

Manufacture picture is misleading
I haven't used it yet . I bought it as a back up. Looked just like my original one but when I received it, it's several inches shorter than what the picture shows. I don't blame supply house.The manufacturer needs to post the size in the description.

45/5 mfd capacitor
The A/C quit working on my home, my run capacitor had burnt wire on it, and it messed up the terminal on herm terminal on capacitor. Respliced the wire and got it to run, until I ordered a new one from Supply House.com. It came in two days, packed well, and shipped in a timely matter. Installed one of the capacitors as soon as I received it, and it has been working good so far. Bought a extra one for a backup. I have bought from Supply house.com before, so I knew they would save the day.
