Fast reliable delivery
My plumber has not installed the tankless gas water water yet, but it appears to be a quality product. I was impressed by the mostly biodegradable package for a heavy product and the 2 day delivery.

I would buy this again...
I bought this to replace the same model being damaged during the Texas winter storm. The good side of this product is that it offers instant hot water so you don't have to heat whole lot of of water in a big tank. Save energy and money. The downside, at least until the storm was that it is an externally mounted unit and could be problematic in very low temperatures. Now I know how to deal with the cold weather and I expect this piece to last a very long time.
