Hi Juan. Yes, the 007-F5 is the direct replacement for the 007-F4.
Supply House has no techs to size out pumps based on applications and we have no installers or technicians on staff to advise on proper installation or troubleshooting, but if you have additional questions, you can contact Taco directly.

I'm 98% sure it's okay to run the pump continuos. The Taco website will have more information Sent from my iPhone
Our pump is used 24/7 and the water is 82°F. Never has a problem and we have been doing this for 15 plus years with the same pump
Typically in hot water recirculation systems are run on timers. It does not make sense to keep the pump circulating when everyone would normally be sleeping. But with that said, the taco pump FAQ states: Is it ok for my 00 series pump to run all the time? Answer: Yes, Taco 00 series pumps are designed to run 24/7 with no detriment to the pump, and or motor. http://www.taco-hvac.com/faq.html
yes
the 3/4" flange pair and bolts which will connect with this pump are available separately here: http://www.supplyhouse.com/Taco-110-251F-3-4-Taco-Iron-Freedom-Flange-Pair-1973000-p
The flange to flange distance is 6-3/8".
Cast iron circulators should not be used in drinking water systems. The fresh water in these systems will cause cast iron to rust.
No; however, I believe that the stainless steel version is approved for potable water use in some states.
I could be used for drinking water but it will rust and cause corosion not a good idea use a stainless steel pump
no it must be a bronze pump, it will not corrode, hope this helps, bob
only if it is NSF (national sanitation foundation) listed
