TruFLOW Jr. Manifold Assembly with Balancing Valves & Valveless, 2 Loop S&R

TruFLOW Jr. Assembly with Balancing Valves (supply manifold) and Valveless (return manifold) comes fully assembled and ready for installation. Use the TruFLOW Balancing Hex Key on the internal balancing valves of the supply manifold to balance the loops across the manifold. Maximum recommended flow to the manifold body diameter is 14gpm.

PEX Compression Loop Fitting Assemblies

• A4020313: 5/16" PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 5/16" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
• A4020375: 3/8" PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 3/8" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
• A4020500: 1/2" PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 1/2" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
• A4020500: 5/8" PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 5/8" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.

ProPEX Loop Fitting Assemblies

• Q4020375: 3/8" ProPEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 3/8" PEX to a loop of the Manifold but requires a ProPEX Expansion Tool to make the connection.
• Q4020500: 1/2" ProPEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 1/2" PEX to a loop of the Manifold but requires a ProPEX Expansion Tool to make the connection.
• Q4020625: 5/8" ProPEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 5/8" PEX to a loop of the Manifold but requires a ProPEX Expansion Tool to make the connection.
• Q4020750: 3/4" ProPEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 3/4" PEX to a loop of the Manifold but requires a ProPEX Expansion Tool to make the connection.

PEX-AL-PEX Loop Fitting Assemblies Options

• D4120500: 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
• D4120625: 5/8" PEX-AL-PEX to R20 Loop Fitting Assembly
  This fitting will connect 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
  

Optional Installation Accessories:

Loop End Cap

• A2080020: Manifold Loop End Cap
  These allow you to cap off a loop of the manifold if it will not be used.

TruFLOW Supply/Return Ball Valves

• A2631250: TruFLOW Supply/Return Ball Valves (box of 2)
  These allow you to quickly shut-off the supply and return sides of the manifold. These valves are R32 thread x R32 thread. The supply and return ends of the manifold is R32.

TruFLOW Supply/Return Adapters

• TruFLOW Supply/Return Adapters
  These allow you to connect the manifold to your supply and return lines. The supply and return end of the manifold is R32 thread. Choose an R32 adapter that will connect the manifold to your desired application.

Actuators

• A3010522: Thermal Actuator (4 Wire)
  If you want to use your manifold to heat multiple zones, you can purchase return side actuators that work along side thermostats. The actuators act as zone valves to allow you to use one manifold to control the temperature in different rooms independently.
