Just like the angle stop valve whenever I encounter an old straight valve I replace it with this quarter turn version. They work great!

Great straight valve
These are great quality straight quarter turn valves, we are replacing all the old ones on 1/2" copper pipe. The old ones rarely turn these are a nice upgrade. No problems so far they seem to be of great quality.
