- Bradford White ICON System - Intelligent gas control with proven millivolt powered technology and built-in piezo igniter. A standard, off the shelf thermopile converts heat energy from the pilot flame into electrical energy to operate the gas valve and microprocessor. No need for external electricity.
- Enhanced Performance - Proprietary algorithms provide enhanced First Hour Delivery ratings and tighter temperature differentials.
- Advanced Temperature Control System - Microprocessor constantly monitors and controls burner operation to maintain consistent and accurate water temperature levels.
- Intelligent Diagnostics - An exclusive green LED light prompts the installer during start-up and provides ten different diagnostic codes to assist in troubleshooting.
- Pilot On Indication - Flashing green LED provides positive indication that pilot is on.
- Separate Immersed Thermowell - High strength advanced polymer composite thermowell provides isolation between electric temperature sensor and surrounding water. No need to drain the tank when removing gas valve.
- Advanced ScreenLok® Technology Flame Arrestor Design - Flame arrestor is designed to prevent ignition of flammable vapor outside of the water heater.
- Resettable Thermal Switch - Proven and reliable bimetallic switch prevents burner and pilot operation in case of ongoing flammable vapor burn inside of the combustion chamber or restricted air flow.
- Maintenance Free - No regular cleaning of air inlet openings or flame arrestor is required under normal conditions.
- Sight Window - Offers a view into the combustion chamber to observe the operation of the pilot and burner.
- Factory Installed Hydrojet® Total Performance System - Cold water inlet sediment reducing device helps prevent sediment build up in tank. Increases first hour delivery of hot water while minimizing temperature build up in tank.
- Vitraglas® Lining - Bradford White tanks are lined with a exclusively engineered enamel formula that provides superior protection from the highly corrosive effects of hot water. This formula (Vitraglas®) is fused to the steel surface by firing at a temperature of over 1600ºF.
- 2" Non-CFC Foam Insulation - Covers the sides and top of tank, reducing the amount of heat loss. This results in less energy consumption, improved operation efficiencies and jacket rigidity.

Great Product!
The install was straight forward I did not need another part. The inlet, outlet and safety relief valve fittings allowed my water lines to be directly attached. The rating of the orifice was at 2000 feet of elevation and I live at 7000. I was able to remove the 10,000 foot rated one from my leaking 40 gal. Whirlpool to the 50 gal. Bradford White. It is so quiet and heats up nicely.

Arrived in perfect condition, installed in a couple of hours
This is the third time I am buying from SupplyHouse. Every time the items came quickly and with no issues. This water heater arrived pretty fast considering that I am in Western Washington state, The water heater arrived in perfect condition and fired up immediately. That was a couple of weeks ago and and so far so good.
As a DIY person many local suppliers will not sell to me. They want to only sell to trade accounts which protects their customers but prevents me from doing my own work. I am grateful that companies like SupplyHouse exist. With a past purchase the local heating contractor wanted $250 per hour for work I can do myself. Thank you SupplyHouse.
PS. I know this review may sound like an advertisement but I am that happy with them and I am a legitimate customer.

Great Product but shipping issues...
This is the second water heater I've purchased through SupplyHouse.com and I would purchase another. This water heater is a great product. With that said I would forewarn any purchaser to expect the first water heater delivered to be damaged. That happened in both of my previous purchases, which I had to return and the second one was packaged better and not damaged. If you don't mind the process it is a great deal and SupplyHouse has been great about getting me another one for not extra cost to me. If you are on a time crunch you may want to look elsewhere. That is the only negative aspect for a great product.

Newer, bigger version of the same one that lasted 18 years
Bought this to replace a 17+ year old Bradford White that was due for replacing. Other than the diameter (50 gallon vs 40), dimensions were almost identical so replacing was a breeze. Fired right up with no issues. Hoping to get similar life out of this one.
Shipping was a little slow (freight), but I can't complain since it was free. Two home runs for SupplyHouse.com!

Replaces our 1996 Bradford White water heater.
Our hot water need is for normal daily residential use. Our original LP fired Bradford White was very reliable for nearly 20 years and was still going strong. Thought it best to replace the unit on my own terms while it still worked, rather than wait for a failure. I installed the Bradford White myself in an afternoon. It arrived from New Jersey without damage and began working immediately upon lighting the pilot.

This replaced a 25 year old Bradford White water heater used on our dairy farm that had rusted out. Used Sharkbite fittings and had this installed in less than 30 minutes. Pilot lit right up and have had no issues.
