Series 668S1 TwistFlow pre-assembled distribution manifold for radiant panel systems
with built-in sight flow gauge/balancing valve
Note: This manifold requires 8 Loop Fitting Assemblies (please see below).

Distribution manifolds for radiant panel systems are used to
optimally distribute the heating fluid in floor heating system circuits
and ultimately improve the control of heat emission from the panels.
The manifolds ensure that the flow to each circuit is regulated
precisely and also control the shut-off, venting and automatic
removal of air from the system.
1" NPT inlet ball valves
Maximum working pressure: 150 psi (10.3 bar)
Maximum temperature: 180°F (82°C)
Maximum peak temperature: 200°F (93°C)
Loop Cv: 1.23 (combined supply & return ports)
Outlet center distance: 2 inches
This manifold requires (8) Loop Fitting Assemblies:
680505A: 3/4" PEX Loop Fitting Assembly This fitting will connect 3/4" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
PEX-AL-PEX Loop Fitting Assemblies Options
682550A: 3/4" PEX-AL-PEX Loop Fitting Assembly This fitting will connect 3/4" PEX-AL-PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool.
Optional Installation Accessories:
Actuators
If you want to use your manifold to heat multiple zones, you can purchase return side actuators that work along side thermostats. The actuators act as zone valves to allow you to use one manifold to control the temperature in different rooms independently.
Q: Hi, can this be mounted with the return on top and supply on the bottom- also with the supply feed coming from the right and not the left as pictured? Looking to replace an existing manifold pair that is plumbed that way. Thanks.

Yes, you should be able to flip and swap them without a problem.

Q: Can this manifold be mounted upside down and still have the flow gauges work properly? I want to place this in the basement for the floor above. Can I do this or do I have to run the PEX piping down then U-turn back up?
