Series 668S1 TwistFlow pre-assembled distribution manifold for radiant panel systems
with built-in sight flow gauge/balancing valve

Distribution manifolds for radiant panel systems are used to optimally distribute the heating fluid in floor heating system circuits and ultimately improve the control of heat emission from the panels. The manifolds ensure that the flow to each circuit is regulated precisely and also control the shut-off, venting and automatic removal of air from the system.
This manifold requires (16) Loop Fitting Assemblies:

680507: 5/16" PEX Loop Fitting Assembly
This fitting will connect 5/16" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool. 680503A: 3/8" PEX Loop Fitting Assembly
This fitting will connect 3/8" PEX to a loop of the Manifold without requiring the use of a PEX Tool. 680504A: 1/2" PEX Loop Fitting Assembly

Loop End Cap
If you want to use your manifold to heat multiple zones, you can purchase return side actuators that work along side thermostats. The actuators act as zone valves to allow you to use one manifold to control the temperature in different rooms independently.

Solid construction
Nice solid piece. Well machined and finish is bright. The flow meters and adjusting valves are easy to adjust for flow. Air vents work great and having drain valves are a plus.

Q: Can I use FostaPex PEX-AL-PEX with this manifold? What adapters can I use? If not what brand PEX-AL-PEX can I use with this manifold?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffFostapex fittings are not available for caleffi manifolds. The more standard brands of pex-al-pex are compatible, such as the Bluefin or Uponor that we carry.

Q: Can the air vents and supply/return valves be switched around so the manifold can be setup for flow from either side?
