Q: The thermostat has 7 day programming but how many different settings can you have per day. for example on at 5:30 am then off or down at 8:00 am then back on at 5:00 pm and off again at say 11:00 pm?? I cannot find any information on this question. Thanks

These settings can be modified for weekends or the days your normal schedule changes. Q: I'm replacing a dual pole 120v thermostat on a Hydroponic unit. The current thermostat is wired with the hot wires going in tied together and the two wires going out to separate conductors. The thermostat comes on, but when it attempts to turn on the heater, it resets. Did I wire something incorrectly? Is the thermostat faulty?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe thermostat doesn’t seem to be faulty. It sounds more like a wiring issue. The hot wires shouldn’t be tied together. Consult the instructions on how to wire the thermostat and it should solve your problem.
Q: IN A PRIOR QUESTION SOMEONE ASKED HOW LONG SYSTEM SETTINGS WOULD BE RETAINED IN THE EVENT OF A POWER FAILURE AND THE ANSWER WAS 6 HOURS. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE UNIT IF POWER IS NOT RESTORED WITHIN 6 HOURS?

Q: Would like to use this to replace old manual honeywell thermostat. According to the cover, the old unit is rated at 20 A. How can I determine if this replacement (rated 15A) will work? I have no info on the installed baseboards. All I can tell you is that they are approx 36 feet in total length in a 350 sq ft room. Thanks.

how many baseboards are there? Are they 120v or 240v? Add up the total watts to see if the t-stat is rated for the load
Q: Does the LineVoltPro TL8230A1003 thermostat come with a backup battery so previous settings will be preserved in case of a power failure. If not, is there an equivalent thermostat? What does the thermostat setting revert to in case of a power failure?

Q: I believe the Instructional manual at the bottom is the wrong one for this stat? The manual shows an external switch on the stat but the main photo on your website does not show this?
