The baseboard has enough space for a return loop. You'd just need a return bend fitting in order to make the turn.
Slant/Fin baseboards can be cut with a chop saw. We cannot provide cutting prior to shipment.
The baseboard trim and corner caps can be easily trimmed with a pair of snips, but it shouldn't be needed, Slant/Fin makes accessories that adjust telescopically (pipe fittings), and many types of cover accessories and sizes. The best thing to do is fully plan what you need before you begin and then go do the shopping you need.
