Working as expected!

The installation flexibility (different coil voltage support and mounting bracket) are greatly appreciated. These are latching; there isn't a constant coil hum to keep them in a given state. This is helpful in my situation as they're installed in an area where hum is noticeable.Another cool perk: they include some spade expanders so you don't have to buy/make your own. I wasn't expecting that. The brownout protection can be disabled if desired. They randomize when they energize (see docs) when mains first come back...generally a good thing after an outage.

Good customer support

This was a drop-in replacement. The technical documentation however was flawed. The text and graphics and schematics differed from page 1 to page 2. Was able to sort out with some reassurance from customer service. Overall it works great.

did not work

Installed to replace a normal contactor, but your contactor never came on. I have 26v to fire the contactor, which was present for over 20 mins, but contactor never kicked in. Planning some testing with less than 24v. If i get it to work, ill update. Ordering and shipping were fine.

Excellent contactor upgrade

Easily replaced my 19yr old Tempstar (Carrier) contactor. I really like the idea of having the brownout & short cycle protections to keep the unit safe, and when you compare pricing on this contactor -vs- your OEM one, it's really not that much more to have the extra protections. Just have your basic set of tools (screwdriver, wire cutters / strippers, etc) and you can get this done. Always BE SAFE and make sure all power is cut & the capacitor is grounded out before beginning work. From there - it's as simple as just going wire by wire and making sure you pay attention to which leg is switched and which leg is unswitched. A torque screwdriver is handy because they have torque specs for the lugs, and they spec more torque than you may think. As a DIY guy, I took my time and double/triple checked all my connections... yet still got it done inside of 30min.

AC System Insurance

Great device for condenser units because of the sealed switch, short cycle and brow out protection. The multi voltage coil frees up truck shelves.

Connecting two air compressors

Works great, tied two air compressors together to run a sandblaster. Runs off one pressure switch and I really like the fact that if the power goes out that it's on a time delay that waits till the power evens out before it kicks back in.
