Loop End Cap - These allow you to cap off a loop of the manifold if it will not be used.
Actuators
- Thermal Actuator for Bluefin Manifolds
If you want to use your manifold to heat multiple zones, you can purchase return side actuators that work along side thermostats. The actuators act as zone valves to allow you to use one manifold to control the temperature in different rooms independently.
The VA 80 adapter ring is also required when using an actuator with a Bluefin manifold, which you can find here.

A Great Value
It took me a while to figure out the purge / vent fittings which appear to function as a vent for purging the system but if used to apply air pressure for pressure testing the manifold and lines they leak unless the valve is fully back-seated. If only partially open to add air pressure they leak and will not allow system pressure to gain and hold. Also it may be best to open and inspect both ends of each manifold for stainless burrs at the gasket faces. On side of our manifold had a nasty burr that tore up the gasket. On future installations we will have a Dremmel tool with small grindstone on the truck to remedy any issues with burrs.

fine quality, half the price
I used a Watts manifold for an emergency repair of a leaking manifold because it was carried at a local store.
Ordered Bluefin on line to replace other failing manifolds.
Bluefin is just as good as the Watts at half the price. I think the flow adjustment mechanism is actually superior on the Bluefin.

good quality - remember it is BSP, not N
Great quality. All worked as it should. Remember the female pipe thread to which you must connect is 1" BSP, rather than 1" NPT. The threads are so similar it is very easy to think they are 1" NPT threads -- this size even "feels right" when incorrectly installing NPT threads. Don't forget to buy the adapters!
Note: I bought a no-name brand manifold for the previous job, and the difference is significant.

The manifold has 1" BSP threads, but the included ball valves have 1" female NPT threads for connecting to supply and return piping.
