Bradford White is a top line brand that I would buy over and over. My last one last 19 years.

Preventative replacement of an earlier Bradford White water heater. Delivery was fast and product arrived in excellent condition.

I needed a new water heater but the sizes (diameter) had increased since my last heater was installed and there were additional complications on my end making it difficult for me to replace with the same capacity (50 gal). Reluctantly downsized to the 40 gal tank. It has exceeded my expectations. Four in the family and we haven't run out of hot water. The controls are simple. It's a beautiful tank. Love the brass valves. And the price was fantastic. Better than the box stores for a higher quality item. Customer service was also fantastic. The first one I ordered arrived damaged in transit. They made the return process uncomplicated and took a lot of the stress out of it. Got a replacement out to me quickly. Highly recommend them.

We will see how this one works. I had this water heater not even a year and it rusted, started leaking. The only good thing is that it has a warranty until 2025. It took some work , and they replaced it. If it wasn't for my complaining who knows what would of happened. It's very expensive model this should not be happening! They offered to refund me as well. I just thought I would give it 1 more try.

We had a Bradford White hot water tank so I chose to replace it with the same since the last one lasted 32 years. Even then, it didn't totally fail. A release valve left a small puddle of water on he floor at the base of the tank. Knowing the age, I took that as a warning that it was time to replace it. American made! I like that.

This water heater was just installed today, and literally in less than an hour, I have never had such great hot water readily available! Just set it at a "B" setting for heating and really impressed! My previous water tank (American Standard) was a real trooper, lasted 17 years, then started to drip. I hope this one proves to be as great. It definately has more up to date features - love the electronic ignition, energy savings, and not having to drain it. Can't truly recommend as of yet, until I give it some time to prove itself, however the name "Bradford White" is highly respected and having quality products.

I own a rental in PA that I manage remotely from CA. With SH's great customer service, debating replacements and alternatives, they saved me over a grand with my contractor. Fast freight shipping even approaching holidays. Reputable retailer!

I just installed this product on 04/09/2020. All I can say is so far so good. No complaints at this time.

After 14 year exact replaced for ease of exchanges of heavy usage I finally broke down and purchased THE exact replacement Bradford White water heather for ease of installation and hook-up. Best investment for another decade of safe use for my family. Thank you RM
