Most Liked Positive Review

I buy these regularly for industrial plant use.

For minor jobs these little pumps are extremely popular with plant employees. A main feature is that these have a suction intake very low to the ground, so will get more water out of a space than larger pumps do. And secondly, the fact you can use a garden hose to discharge is also very convenient.

I worry this product won't last

Online ordering and service from Supply House was top notch. 5 Stars for that. I used this submersible pump to drain my pool and left it in the pool for 3 days before totally finishing the job. You can't let it run dry the product says. Understood. Worked as advertised but when I pulled it out it had some rust stains. Not happy about that. Wouldn't think a submersible pump would do this. Oh well. Great service, just worried it won't last as long as I want it to.

Used these pumps for many years in my fish pond

runs 24/ 7. Have been using these for many years. they used to last 3-5 years. most recent ones don't even last a year. Just ordered a replacement for one to replace one obtained under warrantee. Replacement was in use less than a year before it died. Installed the new one today, doesn't work. Supply house is great but the little giant pumps have deteriorated in quality over the years. Very disappointing

Runs 24/7

I use these to supply water to a bearing with river water that can be turbid at times. They run 24/7 and last for years.

Product Q&A

ASK A QUESTION

Q: Can I put this in the deep end of my pool for the entire winter and turn it on when I need to drain water out? The water in the deep end will never be frozen.

This should work out fine. The chlorine levels in the pool should be low over the winter time and nobody will be swimming with it, so this application should be fine.
