For residential and light commercial use, the 6-CIM-R manual sump pump provides efficient and reliable service. Pump features a 1-1/2" discharge with an 18' maximum head. Cast iron motor housing is oil-filled for lifetime lubrication and rapid heat dissipation. Polycarbonate cover and polypropylene volute-base. Garden Hose Adapter included for utility use.

Little Giant is just that!
I used this pump twice to pump out my pool and it took out 6" of water in an hour.

it keeps on pumping
i'M USING THIS SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AS A POND AERATOR . I CONNECTED A 1 1/4"
PVC PIPE ON THE DISCHARGE LINE AND A FLOTATION SO THE PUMP IS TWO FEET
DOWN. I PLACED A PVC CAP WITH ON THE END WITH 1'4 INCH HOLES DRILLED INTO IT. THE SPRAY GOES ABOUT 4 FEET INTO THE AIR. THIS PUMP IS RATED FOR CONTINUOUS USE .

good reliable fountain pump
These pumps perform well using them continuously for 8 months and then removing them to store in a heated space for the winter. Typically they last for three years in this application.

Little Giant Pump
I am using the Little Giant 6-CIM 1/3 HP, 45GPM on a small pond/waterfall. This is a very quite and reliable pump.
